Shared-Decision Making Committee (SDMC)
DeBakey High School's Shared Decision-Making Committee (SDMC) plays a vital role in shaping key campus decisions. Made up of teachers, staff, parents, and community members, the SDMC ensures that diverse voices are included in planning and improvement efforts. The committee provides input on the school budget, safety, staff development, and academic programs. Through collaboration and transparency, the SDMC helps foster a strong, united school community.

Location: DeBakey High School
Time: 3:30-4:30PM
Meetings will be held virtually via TEAMS on the 4th Tuesday of every month -with the exception of holidays
